The Foundation's services are designed and delivered by teams of highly skilled consultants and experts with considerable international experience. The Foundation's team leaders are experts who have played key roles in the development of the concepts, tools and approaches developed by PAC and have gained experience in adapting them in different country contexts. PAF’s technical support is very often extended to help clients with problem solving, if needed, even after the completion of the assignment. One of PAF’s major innovations in the field of quality assurance is the “Process Audit”, a protocol compliance system designed for “voice”-related governance interventions, especially user feedback-led assignments. This unique tool facilitates the unbundling of complex tasks involved in user feedback studies and helps to identify and understand each of the sub-tasks and ensure compliance to quality protocols during execution phases. The Process Audit also transcends its pure technical role by effectively documenting the nature of problems encountered at each level and suggesting possible solutions, drawing upon PAF’s wide repertoire of international experiences. Given the growing significance of multi-stakeholder forums in designing and implementing user feedback-led interventions, the Process Audit creates better role definition for all partners and helps to synergize strengths and competencies.
